Start with the audit, not the software.

The Connected Floor Audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement. We walk your floor, map where data breaks down, quantify what it's costing, and hand you a sequenced roadmap — whether or not you build any of it with us.

What the audit includes

Two to four weeks. Four deliverables.

  • A current-state map of your operations and data flows — how work actually happens, and every point where information stops moving.
  • The three highest-value gaps, quantified in your numbers: hours of downtime, scrap value, overtime, reporting labour.
  • A sequenced roadmap with build-versus-buy calls, effort and cost per phase, and an ROI model you can defend internally.
  • A written recommendation — including, where it applies, the recommendation not to buy software yet.
How it runs
Week 0
Scoping call

Thirty minutes to understand your operation, agree which areas are in scope, and confirm the audit is the right starting point. No charge, no obligation.

Week 1
On site

Two to four days on your floor across shifts. Line observation, system review, interviews from operator to plant head. We work around your production, not the other way round.

Week 2–3
Analysis

Loss quantification, data-flow mapping, system landscape assessment and roadmap construction. One mid-point check-in so there are no surprises in the final read-out.

Week 3–4
Read-out

A working session with your leadership team walking through findings, the roadmap and the business case. You keep the full deliverable regardless of what you decide next.

If you're already mid-programme

If you have a stalled or underperforming implementation — ours or anyone else's — ask about the Transformation Health Check instead. It's a shorter engagement focused on why it stalled and what finishing it would take.

We reply within two business days with a few questions and some times to talk. No sequences, no drip campaigns, no newsletter you didn't ask for.
Request received. We'll come back to you within two business days with a few questions and some times to talk.

Prefer to just talk?

Some conversations are easier without a form. If you'd rather describe the situation directly, email us and we'll come back the same way.

Questions

Frequently asked

It's a fixed fee, scoped in the initial call based on plant size and how many functions are in scope. It is deliberately priced to be a real decision but an easy one for a mid-market operations leader — small enough to approve without a board paper, large enough that both sides take it seriously.
Access to the floor across shifts, a few hours of time from your operations, quality, maintenance and IT leads, and whatever reporting you currently produce — however messy. We don't need you to prepare anything. In fact, we'd rather see the current state honestly than a version tidied up for visitors.
No. The audit is standalone, the deliverable is yours, and clients do take it to other firms or execute in-house. That's a legitimate outcome and we price it as a complete engagement rather than a loss-leader for a bigger sale.
Usually within two to four weeks of the scoping call, depending on current commitments. We deliberately cap concurrent engagements, so occasionally the honest answer is a longer wait — we'll tell you that rather than over-committing.
Yes, as a matter of course, and before any site visit or system access. Shop-floor data and process detail are commercially sensitive and we treat them that way.
Usually. The scoping call is free and thirty minutes. A reasonable share of those conversations end with us saying you're not ready yet and explaining what to do first — which is a more useful outcome than a proposal you weren't going to act on.
